A handover should distinguish what works now from what you hope to add. That helps the next conversation and prevents an unfinished idea being mistaken for a working function.
Find the next hallway problem
Look for repeated emails, hard-to-find resources or a checklist that somebody rebuilds every week. Ask the person doing the task before proposing an app.
Show the process
Share the original problem, the useful result and one correction you made. A colleague does not need a perfect success story; they need a believable first step.
